The Challenge
Dominating the Australian market for 20 years meant that the brand has already solidified its place in the industry. They have a loyal following of 150,000+ followers on Instagram and 22,000+ on Facebook. The goal was simple: build a community of loyal, empowered women with passion for luxury and natural beauty.
Solution
Working alongside the in-house marketing team, We helped build the foundation of their online community on Facebook and Instagram by developing management strategies to keep the followers engaged. We managed the communities directly providing support and advice for the audience as well as communicating feedback to the R&D and marketing teams. All content and messaging were created and partnered cross-functionally with the marketing campaigns we developed — from giveaways, sales promotions and even day to day postings.
